Intense straw yellow.

Olfatto:

Very intense primary aromas, distinctly Mediterranean. Terpenic characters typical of Nasco. Caratteri terpenici tipici del Nasco.

Gusto:

Round, semisweet or almost sweet, fat, rich flavour recalling the primary aroma.

Clayey-siliceous, tending to looseness, alternating layers of lithosols and sandstone.
For 6 months in bottle.
Soft pressing, slow fermentation at controlled temperature 22-25 °C in steel vast and subsequent development in barriques.
Biscuits, macaroons, aged cheeses, figs and toasted almonds.
