You will learn about the origins, history and characteristics of each ingredient and recipe. For each dish, you will learn how to make it perfectly, how to present it and the special occasions on which it was traditionally served. The lessons will of course end with a well-deserved meal where you can enjoy the results of your hard work.

Each participant will be provided with the utensils needed to handle the ingredients and prepare the dishes independently.
