vinification technique

Cold maceration, soft pressing, natural decanting; fermentation at controlled temperature, refining ‘sur lie’ for about 60 days. A small portion of the must ferments and ages in small French oak barrels

tasting notes

Colour: straw yellow.
Nose: ample and harmonious scent, with notes of yellow blossoms and tropical fruits, and underlying light mossy notes.
Palate: mellow and expansive, with a very long pleasant finish.

storage

Ambient temperature 18°C, humidity 75%, controlled light, bottle in horizontal position.

serving

Large-bowl tulip-shaped goblet, temperature 10-11°.
