Nose: Fine, big, lingering.
Palate: Intense, lingering, firm structure, mellow, stylish, with an especially pleasant finish.

Constant temperature 18 °C, humidity 75%, controlled light, horizontal bottle.

serving

Tall, fairly wide goblet, serving temperature 12-13 °C.

Dried mullet and tuna roe (bottarga), flavoursome first courses and risottos, baked gilthead, tuna white meat, white meats in general, semi-hard medium mature cheeses.
