vinification technique

The grapes are pressed gently. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 18-20°C. Subsequent development in small French oak casks for 12-15 months.

tasting notes

Colour:red with slight nuances of garnet.
Nose: rich in primary aromas significantly intense and markedly Mediterranean.
Palate: smooth and well-rounded, sapid and intense, bringing along the primary aromas felt in the nose. Well balanced and stylish with a very long finish.

Forest berry tarts, Bavarian chocolate cake, plain chocolate. A wine for sipping.
