Our wines are produced following a Self-Check Manual (HACCP), allowing any health risks associated with the work process to be reduced to a minimum, in observance of D.L 26/5/97 n° 155. The consumer is therefore guaranteed a safe food product.The winery is certified Qualità ISO 9001 and ISO 14001:2004 and the production of our wines is supervised in all the phases by specialised technicians who assure the qualitative stability.
